All fees are tax-deductible from your rental income under the real tax regime. Rates apply to Paris and the inner suburbs.

Property management
Property management fees in Paris typically amount to 6–10% of rent including VAT. Paris Fudosan Gestion offers transparent pricing with no hidden costs, covering tenant placement, ongoing management and administrative follow-up. Request a free quote online.
Management fees
Rent collection, receipts, administrative monitoring, monthly report, annual rent review, maintenance and claims handling		 6 – 7% excl. VAT

Letting
Letting fees
Listing, viewings, tenant selection, lease drafting, check-in inventory and check-out inventory of the previous tenant		 1 month incl. VAT

Re-letting fees for early tenant departure
Departure within 6 months ½ month incl. VAT
Departure between 6 months and 1 year ¼ month incl. VAT
Insurance Optional
Rent guarantee insurance (GLI)
Via SEYNA — covers unpaid rent from the 1st missed payment, no excess, tenant damage and legal costs included		 3.3% incl. VAT
of rent incl. charges		 Premium tax-deductible from rental income.
Landlord insurance (PNO)
Via SADA — civil liability, water damage, fire, legal protection		 €85 incl. VAT
